What you'll actually be doing
Performance video
Own the performance video engine. 30-40 masters a month plus adapts across Meta and Google.
Brief agencies, review scripts, sit through edits, push for cuts that actually work in feed.
Test formats, lengths, hooks. Track what's winning and double down.
Work closely with the performance marketing team on what's converting and what we need next.
You Tube and organic
Own our main brand You Tube channel. Strategy, content calendar, production.
Build out the surrogate YT channels. Current territories, new audiences, new hosts.
Decide what we shoot in-house vs hand off to agencies.
Get into the data. Watch time, retention curves, CTR. Use it to make the next video better.
Production and craft
Be on set when it matters. Review scripts before they go to production.
Sit in edits. Push for sharper cuts, better hooks, better pacing.
Keep the bar high without slowing things down.
Agencies
Day to day with production houses, creative agencies, edit houses, freelance creators.
Know how to brief, how to review,



how to push back without burning the relationship.
Vendor onboarding, scope discussions, negotiations and output reviews.
What We are looking for:
3 to 6 years in content, video, or production.
You understand shoot, write, and edit at a working level. You don't need to be expert at all three, but you can't fake any of them either.
Very big plus if you're a creator yourself. Doesn't matter if it's 5000 followers or 500 K.
Scale doesn't scare you. 30-40 masters a month plus adapts is not negotiable.
Some understanding of the finance category. Money, credit, lending, EMIs. You don't need to be a CA, but you can't be allergic to it either.
Have worked with agencies and production houses before. Know the dance.
Preferred Skills:
An active You Tube or Instagram channel of your own.
Surrogate channel experience.
Performance marketing exposure. Know what makes a video work in feed vs on You Tube.
BFSI, NBFC, or any fintech background.
