Lokmat Bhakti E-commerce is looking for a Operations & Customer Support Executive to support backend operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities

- Manage order tracking and delivery coordination
- Handle customer queries via Whats App and calls
- Coordinate with vendors and courier partners
- Assist with returns, refunds, and issue resolution
- Maintain operational records and reports
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

Skills Required

- Good communication skills in Marathi and English
- Robust organizational and coordination abilities
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer-focused approach

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
