We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, drive market share growth, and strengthen our presence in the ophthalmic segment. This role will manage Product Managers and deliver high-impact campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans & budgets aligned with revenue goals
- Drive brand growth, prescription demand, and doctor advocacy (Provis)
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution and track ROI, revenue growth, and prescription trends
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and retail audit tracking
- Own brand strategy, positioning, and communication for doctors
- Manage new product launches (business case to post-launch tracking)
- Collaborate closely with Sales, KOLs, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure timely rollout of campaigns, events, CMEs,
and product launches
- Monitor marketing spend vs. budget and deliver strong ROI
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of Pharma Sales & Marketing experience
- MBA (Marketing) from Tier I/II institute
- Robust marketing strategy, analytics & ROI mindset
- Experience in product launches, brand management & budgeting
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong collaboration with Sales & KOL engagement
- Knowledge of pharma compliance & regulations
Must Have's
- Experience in Ophthalmology segment
- Experience in Quantitative and Qualitative Research
- Education: Masters/ MBA in Marketing
