Houz Craft focuses on providing clients with a smooth, low-stress experience from design through execution.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator role based in Bengaluru. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce precision components for interior and architectural projects according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include loading materials, selecting and installing tools, inputting program parameters, running test pieces, and adjusting machine settings to maintain accuracy. The role also involves inspecting finished parts, documenting measurements,



and performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime. The operator will collaborate closely with designers, production staff, and supervisors to meet quality standards, delivery schedules, and safety requirements on the shop floor.QualificationsProficiency in Machine Operation and CNC Machinery handling, including setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting.Experience in Machining and Milling processes, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.Strong Quality Control skills, including use of measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, micrometers) and documentation of inspection results.Knowledge of production safety practices, shop-floor protocols, and preventive maintenance for CNC equipment.Prior experience as a CNC operator or machinist in manufacturing, woodworking, or metalworking environments preferred.Ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials safely, and work in a fast-paced production setting.Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow standardized procedures and work instructions.Diploma or certification in mechanical, production, machining, or a related technical field is an advantage.
