Careflick is building human-centered technology for the future of care. We are looking for a highly creative Industrial Design / Product Design Intern who can think beyond screens and help shape physical product experiences from early concept to prototype.This role is ideal for someone who loves imagining new product forms, exploring materials, sketching bold ideas, building 3 D concepts, and translating abstract user needs into tangible design directions.What you'll work onYou will work closely with the founding and product team on early-stage product concepts, including:Exploring form factors, ergonomics, materials, and user interaction patternsCreating concept sketches, moodboards, and design directionsDeveloping 3 D models, renders, and early prototypesThinking deeply about comfort, usability, aesthetics, and emotional connectionTranslating user insights into physical product ideasSupporting design research around human-centered and assistive product experiencesHelping us move from idea to concept validation through quick iterationsWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is not just technically skilled, but genuinely imaginative.You should have:A strong creative mindset and ability to think from first principlesA portfolio showcasing industrial design,



product design, hardware concepts, wearables, consumer products, medical/assistive devices, or experimental physical productsStrong CAD / CAM skills or proficiency in modern 3 D design toolsExperience with tools such as Fusion 360, Solid Works, Rhino, Blender, Key Shot, Alias, Grasshopper, Onshape, or similarAbility to create sketches, renders, 3 D models, and visual design explorationsGood understanding of ergonomics, materials, manufacturing processes, and prototypingComfort working in an ambiguous, early-stage product environmentStrong taste, curiosity, and attention to detailWho you areYou are someone who:Thinks visually and conceptuallyCan take a vague idea and turn it into compelling design directionsIs excited by products that combine design, technology, and human emotionHas solid opinions but is open to feedbackCan move fast, explore multiple concepts, and iterate quicklyCares deeply about designing products that people actually want to useRequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Design Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related fieldAvailable for a hands-on internshipMust have a portfolio
