The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and translating client requirements into detailed layouts and interior schemes. Daily work includes space planning, creating and updating construction drawings, coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) according to project standards and budget. The role involves conducting site visits, taking measurements, tracking project progress, and resolving design and execution issues in collaboration with the project team.



The Interior Designer will also prepare presentations, specifications, and material boards, participate in client meetings, and help ensure that all deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.QualificationsStrong Interior Design skills, including concept development, material selection, and detailing for residential and/or commercial projects.Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and usability within diverse footprints.Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals to coordinate interior design with structural, services, and building systems.Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and contractors.Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office skills.Strong visual communication skills, including presentation layouts, mood boards, and 2 D/3 D visualization.Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.Experience with site execution, material knowledge, and local vendors in Pune is an advantage.
