Experience managing multiple social media accounts
Strong understanding of trending content and content ideation
Expertise in creating and managing social media calendars
Ability to maintain content quality and brand consistency
Experience leading teams of 15+ members
Proven experience as a Social Media Queue Manager or similar role
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Passion for automobiles is a big plus
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms.
Create and manage monthly and quarterly social media content calendars.
Drive content ideation based on market trends, audience behaviour, and platform updates.
Identify and capitalize on trending topics, viral content opportunities, and emerging social media formats.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to develop engaging content.
