This role blendshands-on scribing expertise with operational leadership , ensuring high-quality clinical documentation, efficient workflows, and strong provider satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have deep experience inUS healthcare documentation , proven ability to manage distributed teams, and strong communication skills to interface directly with physicians and stakeholders.This role reports to theOperations Headand plays a critical role in drivingaccuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and overall team performance.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Operations ManagementManage and oversee a team of 10-15 medical scribes (live + offline)Plan and executeshift scheduling and resource allocationbased on client requirements (US time zones)Monitor and driveproductivity metrics(charts per day, TAT, utilization)Ensure optimal distribution of workload betweenLive scribing and Offline scribing.Act as the primary escalation point for operational challengesHands-on Scribing & Process ExpertiseActively contribute to scribing (live and/or offline)
