The principals bring over five years of cumulative experience in India and Dubai, combining practical project delivery with a strong interest in urbanism and research.Role Description The Senior Architect role at FARA STUDIOS is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end project design, from concept development and schematic design through detailed drawings and documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent, technical quality, and compliance with regulations and standards. The role involves overseeing site execution, resolving design and technical issues, and conducting regular site visits to align construction with approved plans. The Senior Architect will also mentor junior team members, contribute to research and innovation within the studio,



and support proposal preparation, presentations, and design reviews.QualificationsStrong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a portfolio demonstrating completed projects across varying scales and typologies.Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, BIM tools) and the ability to guide Integration of design workflows and digital tools.Proven Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery within time and budget constraints.Understanding of building codes, local regulations, sustainability principles, and construction technologies relevant to Indian contexts.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; registration with the Council of Architecture preferred.Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.Experience leading design teams, mentoring junior architects, and collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment.Background or interest in urbanism and research, and willingness to contribute to design innovation and knowledge-building within the studio.Salary - 6-10 LPACV & Portfolio to be shared on work@
