Role Summary:
We are looking for dynamic Real Estate Sourcing & Closing Managers to generate and convert leads for leading real estate developers. The role involves handling inquiries, conducting client meetings, managing site visits, and driving closures from leads generated through property exhibitions, events, referrals, and channel networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify prospective property buyers.
- Manage end-to-end sales from lead generation to booking closure.
- Follow up with leads generated through India Property Expo and other marketing initiatives.
- Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Build strong relationships with customers, brokers, and developers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for seamless transactions.
Requirements:
Assistant Manager:
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or closures.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling NRI and HNI clients is preferred.
Manager:
- 6–10 years of experience in real estate sales and team management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closures.
- Strong network within the real estate industry preferred.
A target-driven professional with strong sourcing, relationship-building, and closing capabilities, willing to work with clients generated through international property exhibitions and events.
