In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, leveraging advanced machine learning (ML) techniques and AI frameworks to address complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems and drive innovation, with a focus on implementing and optimizing modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.What You'll DoBuild and maintain high-performance AI microservices using Python and Fast API.Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for production-scale use cases.Integrate AI features using Google Generative AI SDK and Open AI SDK.Work with vector databases to enable semantic search, embeddings retrieval, and real-time AI workflows.Design and manage scalable data pipelines leveraging Mongo DB for storing, indexing, and querying AI-related data.Write clean,



reusable, and maintainable code with strong focus on performance, latency, and reliability.Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and AI teams to deliver impactful AI-driven features.Participate in design and code reviews to uphold a high-quality engineering culture.What We're Looking ForStrong proficiency in Python and backend development.Hands-on experience with Fast API/Flask for building scalable APIs.Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, chunking strategies, and retrieval pipelines.Experience integrating with Google Gen AI SDK and Open AI SDK.Fundamental understanding of how Transformers, CNNs, KNN, and other ML algorithms workFamiliarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, QDrant.Experience with Mongo DB for structured/unstructured data handling.Knowledge of AI evaluation, hallucination control, and prompt optimization.Understanding of API security, authentication, and data privacy principles.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and experimentation abilitiesEffective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teamsOwnership mindset — you care about product quality, reliability, and accuracyFast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentBonus / Good to Have:Experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar LLM frameworksFamiliarity with multimodal models and fine-tuning workflowsExposure to vector search optimization and hybrid retrieval methodsUnderstanding of distributed systems, caching, and LLM latency optimizationBasic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or AWS for model deploymentExperience with Node.js for auxiliary services or integrationsKnowledge of Redis or other caching layers for optimizing retrieval and AI response latency
