The individual in this role will oversee IT operations, manage infrastructure, and develop robust IT strategies to align with the organization's objectives. Key responsibilities include managing IT teams, ensuring the availability and security of IT systems, implementing innovative technologies, and leading the design and execution of IT projects to enhance operational efficiency.
The role will also involve evaluating emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive and future-ready.QualificationsExpertise in Information Technology, IT Management, and IT Operations to ensure smooth system functionality and team leadership.Proficiency in developing and executing IT Strategy and aligning it with business objectives.Strong knowledge of Infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and cybersecurity.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on innovation and process improvement.Experience in budget management and resource allocation within IT departments.Advanced knowledge of technology trends and a vision for implementing emerging technologies to enhance organizational outcomes.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with relevant certifications being a strong advantage (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or CISSP).
