The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Delivery Lead to own the successful execution and delivery of our AI-powered consumer intelligence solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems hands-on, leading and growing a small team, working directly with clients, and taking ownership from planning through delivery—without needing a large team or formal structure underneath them to do it.
Key Responsibilities
· Translate business direction and client requirements into clear technical plans and coordinate their successful execution.
· Lead the day-to-day engineering function across data engineering, backend development, frontend development, AI/LLM implementation, and Dev Ops while remaining technically hands-on.
· Contribute directly to software development, data engineering, AI implementations, cloud deployments, debugging, code reviews, and technical problem-solving whenever required.
· Own the delivery and ongoing operation of client solutions, including deployments, data refreshes, enhancements, issue resolution, quality assurance, and release management.




· Break current client engagements into technical workstreams, assign priorities, track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
· Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring the engineering team clearly understands business objectives while keeping the Managing Director informed of progress, risks, and decisions requiring escalation.
· Support and lead technical discussions, solution workshops, demonstrations, and client interactions where required, confidently representing the engineering function, including during the Managing Director's absence.
· Continuously improve engineering processes, documentation, automation, and delivery efficiency.
What We're Looking For
· 10+ years of experience delivering software, analytics, data, or AI-enabled solutions.
· Proven experience leading small engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on.
· Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud technologies, AI/LLMs, data engineering, APIs, databases, and modern application architecture.
· Experience delivering and supporting client-facing technology solutions through their full lifecycle, from implementation to ongoing enhancements and production support.
· Comfortable working across multiple bespoke client engagements simultaneously rather than supporting a single Saa S product.· A strong sense of ownership, accountability, pragmatism, and attention to quality.
· Experience in market research, consumer intelligence, digital intelligence, analytics, or data-driven products will be an advantage.
