Key Requirements:
Proven experience in managing kitchen operations across multiple units/outlets.
Strong expertise in Multi-Cuisine food production.and Menue Design
Sound knowledge of food costing, inventory management, menu planning, and quality control.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
Experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurant chains will be preferred.
