Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Ideation
a. Develop content ideas, campaigns, and concepts aligned with brand objectives and consumer insights.
b. Identify content opportunities across social media, performance marketing, website, and other digital touchpoints.
c. Stay updated on cultural trends, platform trends, and consumer behavior to create relevant and engaging content.
2. Content Development
a. Write creative briefs, scripts, hooks, storyboards, and content outlines.
b. Translate brand objectives into compelling content formats that drive engagement and conversions.
c. Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual storytelling.
3. Production Management
a. Lead end-to-end content production from concept to final delivery.
b. Work closely with internal creative teams, freelancers, creators, agencies, and production houses. c. Guide shoots, provide creative direction, and ensure content quality meets brand standards. d. Manage production timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.

Creative Optimization for Performance Marketing
a. Collaborate with design and editing teams to adapt content into high-performing ad creatives. b. Partner with performance marketing teams to develop content that supports acquisition, retention, and engagement goals.
c. Continuously test creative approaches, messaging, formats, and hooks.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
a. Monitor and analyze content performance across channels.
b. Derive actionable insights from engagement, conversion, and campaign data.
c. Recommend and implement improvements based on performance learnings.
d. Build feedback loops that continuously improve creative effectiveness.
6. Stakeholder Management
a. Work cross-functionally with brand, marketing, design, performance, and external partners.
b. Drive projects independently and ensure timely execution across multiple workstreams.
