Location: Thiruvanmiyur, ChennaiWork Type: Full-timeIndustry: Real Estate / Property DevelopmentExperience: 8+ years preferred, with strong real estate marketing experienceAbout the RoleRARE Property Advisory is hiring a Branding & Marketing Head for a leading real estate developer in Chennai.This is a senior marketing leadership role for someone who can manage end-to-end branding, digital marketing, lead generation, campaign execution, vendor coordination, CRM tracking, sales enablement, and project-level marketing across real estate developments.The role is based in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, with regular travel to project sites as required.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute branding and marketing strategies for real estate projectsPlan and manage 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, TTL and digital channelsDrive qualified enquiries, site visits and booking conversionsManage digital campaigns across Google, Meta, You Tube, property portals and other platformsCoordinate with creative agencies, digital agencies, CRM vendors, telecalling teams, event teams and site teamsCreate and manage brochures, hoardings, social media creatives, project videos, sales presentations and marketing collateralsWork closely with the sales team to improve lead quality,



site visit numbers and conversion outcomesMonitor CRM systems, lead tracking, dashboards and marketing performance reportsPlan and execute project launches, channel partner meets, referral campaigns and customer engagement eventsConduct competitor analysis, market research and project positioning studiesVisit project sites regularly to understand customer response and campaign effectivenessIdeal Candidate8+ years of branding / marketing experienceMinimum 5+ years of real estate marketing experience preferredStrong understanding of real estate lead generation and site visit conversionExperience in digital marketing, performance campaigns and property portal campaignsExperience working with CRM platforms such as Sell.do, Zoho CRM or similar toolsStrong vendor, agency and team management skillsGood communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilityComfortable working closely with sales teams and project leadershipWilling to travel to project sites and participate in ground-level market reviewsThis role is ideal for someone who understands both brand building and performance-driven real estate marketing.Interested candidates can apply through Linked In or send their CV to info@
