About the Role
We are hiring an SEO & Organic Growth Lead to build long-term visibility and search authority for Aurus and Moi. This role focuses on thoughtful, content-led SEO that aligns with how luxury brands are discovered and researched.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute SEO strategy across both brands
- Conduct keyword research aligned with fine jewelry, bridal, and craft themes
- Optimise product pages, collections, and editorial content
- Collaborate with tech teams on technical SEO improvements
- Track organic traffic, rankings, and SEO-driven conversions
- Build backlink and digital PR initiatives
- Support performance marketing through landing page optimisation insights
Who We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of SEO experience in E-commerce / D2 C
- Strong understanding of Google search algorithms and SEO best practices
- Experience working with Shopify or similar platforms
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, and GA4
- Strong editorial sensibility and attention to detail
