About the Role
Domestic Freightways is looking for a highly proactive, sharp, and execution-focused Logistics Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be our dedicated, on-site anchor stationed at our client Anveshan Farms' facility. You will completely own the end-to-end movement of goods—managing vehicles, coordinating inward/outward supply chains, and ensuring 100% on-time placement and delivery from Manesar to throughout India, and vice versa.
This is not a passive desk job; it is a high-ownership, fast-paced operational role that requires real-time problem-solving and absolute proactiveness.
1. Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Placement & Sourcing: Procure and place the right commercial vehicles for diverse lanes—routing freight from Manesar to nationwide destinations, as well as coordinating inward material movement from various parts of India back to Manesar.
- End-to-End Tracking & Visibility: Actively track every single vehicle from the exact moment of placement and loading until final delivery drop-off. Turn tracking data into real-time visibility for the client.
- On-Site Loading & Dispatch Supervision: Oversee physical loading operations on-site to ensure goods are packed securely, documentation (E-way bills, invoices, LRs) is flawless, and vehicles depart exactly according to schedule.




- Turnaround Time (TAT) Management: Ensure strict adherence to delivery schedules. Eliminate bottlenecks at loading/unloading points to maximize vehicle utilization and minimize transit delays.
- Proactive Exception Handling: Anticipate transit delays, vehicle breakdowns, or documentation issues before they disrupt the supply chain. Resolve on-ground friction rapidly.
2. Requirements & Qualifications
We need someone who understands that a delayed truck directly translates to a lost customer. The ideal candidate must possess:

- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in transport operations, fleet management, or hub operations (FMCG/D2 C account management experience is a massive plus).
- Geographical Knowledge: Strong understanding of major Indian freight routes, transit times, and vehicle types (from small commercial vehicles to heavy-duty trucks).
- Tech Literacy: Comfort using GPS tracking dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets for dispatch logs, and basic digital inventory/WMS systems.
- Soft Skills: High energy, assertiveness, and robust vernacular communication skills to coordinate effectively with truck drivers, brokers, and the client's corporate leadership team.
