This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can efficiently manage deadlines during peak sales periods.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize advertising campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces.Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, ACOS, TACOS, and overall sales growth.Create and optimize e-commerce product listings and marketplace creatives.Plan and manage Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Brand Ads, and Sponsored Video Ads campaigns.Coordinate with internal teams for listings,



creatives, and inventory planning.Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.Manage multiple campaigns while achieving business goals and performance targets.Utilize marketing and analytics tools such as Helium 10, Amazon Analytics, and general reporting tools.Candidate Requirements3+ years of experience in e-commerce advertising and campaign management.Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools will be an added advantage.Solid sense of ownership and execution capability.Preferred QualitiesSelf-motivated and responsible.Strong problem-solving mindset.Excellent ownership and execution skills.Team player with a growth-oriented attitude.Passion for e-commerce and performance marketing.
