You will advise clients, define Gen AI strategies, lead solution design, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, ethical, and production‐ready AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on Gen AI strategies, use cases, feasibility, and value realization , contributing to product and solution roadmaps.Evaluate, recommend, and standardize Gen AI models, platforms, and architectures for client problem statements.Lead the design, architecture, and prototyping of Gen AI applications with strong user and business focus.Drive adoption of advanced techniques such as LLMs, NLP, RAG,



and prompt engineering best practices.Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure successful integration and scalability.Define and oversee data preparation, model training, evaluation, and optimization practices.Guide teams on deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of Gen AI solutions.Assess ethical, security, and regulatory risks associated with Gen AI deployments and define mitigation strategies.Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring high technical quality and best practices.Support pre‐sales activities , solution discussions, and client workshops with Gen AI expertise.Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously evolve Gen AI capabilities and offerings.Required SkillsStrong hands‐on and leadership experience in Generative AI and machine learning.Deep expertise in Python , with strong understanding of AI frameworks and Gen AI services.Proven experience with NLP, LLMs, RAG , and large‐scale AI solutions.Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and AI system architecture.Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to clients and business stakeholders.Leadership experience with mentoring and guiding high‐performing teams.Note : Post your application submission, your application will be reviewed and we will revert accordingly.
