Do you want to step off the sidelines and become the official, recognized public face of a fast-growing, tech-enabled real estate start up?At BLR Realty, we are a research-backed, zero-brokerage property consulting firm built for Bangalore's corporate and tech professionals. We are looking for a hybrid Creator-Videographer who can own our social media video content engine from end to end.You will not just sit behind a camera, you will be on camera, anchoring cinematic property walkthroughs, breaking down micro-market data, and building the trust asset that pre-qualifies buyers before they ever talk to our sales desk. You will travel directly to major builder developments across Bangalore's core corridors (East, North, South, West & CBD) to self-film, edit, and post engaging content.What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)Own the Screen: Act as the primary on-camera host, anchor, and voice for all BLR Realty social media assets (Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and Linked In Video).Self-Filmed Production: Travel independently to real estate project sites across Bangalore to capture cinematic site walkthroughs, interior layout reviews, and infrastructure updates.Execute the 70-20-10 Content Strategy:• 70% Value & Education: Script and host engaging deep dives into local market realities (e.g.,



Is North Bangalore overvalued?
