Job DescriptionPlease send all applications to [email protected] OverviewEverest Entertainment is building the next phase of Marathi entertainment, a connected digital ecosystem spanning films, music, creators, You Tube, social platforms, RAPID channels, and digital-first audience experiences.We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who understands internet culture, moves fast, thinks visually, and enjoys creating content that audiences genuinely want to watch, share, and engage with. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the complete content creation process from ideation and scripting to designing, shooting, editing, publishing, and optimising content across platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & ExecutionCreate day-to-day content across social and digital platforms, including reels, short-form videos,graphics, static posts, stories, and platform-first contentDesign engaging creatives, including You Tube thumbnails, posters, banners, carousels, and social media assetsShoot and execute basic edits for social content while managing footage and workflows efficientlyAssist in content publishing, scheduling, and platform optimisationCreative Ideation & Trend ResearchResearch trends, creators, formats, memes, and platform behaviour to generate relevant andengaging ideasContribute actively to content calendars and campaign ideationUnderstand platform-specific storytelling styles across Instagram, You Tube, Shorts, and emergingformatsCopywriting & StorytellingWrite scripts, captions, titles, hooks, and short-form copy across content formatsDevelop content ideas that balance entertainment,



audience engagement, and platformperformanceCollaboration & WorkflowWork closely with internal teams on campaigns, launches, music releases, film promotions, andsocial activationsCoordinate with editors, designers, production teams, and marketing stakeholders where requiredEnsure timely execution across multiple ongoing projects and deadlinesPerformance & OptimizationTrack content performance, audience engagement, and platform insightsContinuously improve content based on analytics, audience behaviour, and platform trendsExperiment with new content formats and engagement approachesRequirementsStrong understanding of Instagram, You Tube, Shorts/Reels, and internet cultureStrong understanding of and genuine interest in Marathi films, music, media, and entertainmenttrends (mandatory)Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar toolsStrong visual sense for design, colour, typography, framing, and layoutsGood writing and communication skills in English and MarathiAbility to think quickly, work fast, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable both behind and in front of the camera,
