Experience :- 2+years (Into telemarketing or telecalling sales)

Location :- Andheri

Industry :- Any will do (Except BPO/KPO)

Saalary range :- 1.50lacs to 3lacs.p.a

Gender :- Only female

Job role :-

1. I have required assisting the Front Line Sales Department by Generating Leads and fixing appointments.
2. Explain company services, products to our clients.
3. Calling new & existing clients.
4. Explain about Company services.
5. Maintain Client database.
6. Maintain valuable client relation.
7. Achieving monthly sales targets.
8. Fixing appointments for the BDEs

9. Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls of Customers

10. Maintaining Call Quality

11. Registration of queries & complaint through CRM

12. Handling of escalated Call / Queries both from Tele care & Distributors end.

13. Complaint resolution and time bound resolution
