â Identify gaps proactively and push for improvements instead of waiting for fires.
What Makes You a Great Fit
â 6+ years of backend experience; 1â2 years leading engineers or owning major systems.
â Robust in one core language (Node.js / Go / Java / Python) â pick your sword.
â Deep understanding of distributed systems, caching, high-availability, and microservices.
â Hands-on with AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
â You think data structures and system design are not interviews â theyâre daily tools.
â You write code that future-you wonât hate.
â Strong communication and a letâs figure this out attitude.
Bonus Points If You Have
â Built or scaled consumer apps with millions of DAUs.
â Experimented with event-driven architecture, streaming systems, or real-time pipelines.
