Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute all civil works at the solar project site.
- Manage land development, levelling, grading, and site preparation.
- Execute MMS foundation work and MMS structure installation.
- Oversee Inverter Control Room (ICR) civil construction and finishing.
- Supervise Admin/Office building construction and internal works.
- Monitor foundations for inverter skid, transformers, and pedestals.
- Supervise drainage, cable trenching, and boundary/fencing works.
- Ensure execution strictly as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Conduct civil quality checks and site tests (slump, cube, compaction).
- Prepare DPR, measurement sheets, QA/QC records, and maintain checklists.
- Support the Electrical In -charge for cable routing and equipment installation
readiness.
- Ensure all activities follow SOP, IS codes, and IEC standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, manage manpower, and track material usage.
- Coordinate with DISCOM and CEIG for inspections, metering, and statutory
approvals.
- Ensure secure, timely, and quality completion of all civil and allied works.
