Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITAM, SAM Pro, and HAM Pro modules.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and server -side scripts.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform -related issues.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands -on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Solid knowledge of ITSM and ITAM processes, including SAM Pro and HAM Pro.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and scripting in ServiceNow.
- Experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
- Strong problem -solving skills and ability to work independently.
