MagicDecor is a fast -growing home décor brand offering premium wallpapers, wall art, and interior design solutions. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, customer -focused individuals to drive conversions and deliver an excellent customer experience.






Lead Generation:



Identify and source potential clients through LinkedIn, online platforms, skilled networks, and offline channels.





Client Meetings:



Arrange and attend client meetings (virtual or in -person) to present our services, understand requirements, and build relationships.





Follow -up & Relationship Management:



Maintain regular follow -ups with leads and nurture long -term partnerships with key stakeholders.





Collaboration:



Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment on client expectations and deliverables.









Market Research:



Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential collaboration opportunities





Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in D2C or home décor/e -commerce industry).


- Strong communication and negotiation skills.


- Ability to handle high -volume leads and follow -up efficiently.


- Customer -focused mindset with problem -solving skills.


- Self -motivated, energetic, and target -driven.
