Key Responsibilities


- Attend walk -in customers and understand their product requirements.

- Promote and sell products from the warehouse/showroom inventory.

- Generate bills and invoices using system/software -based billing tools.

- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other digital payment transactions.

- Maintain daily sales records and billing reports.

- Coordinate with warehouse staff for order picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Ensure proper display, labeling, and organization of products.

- Monitor stock levels and inform management about low inventory.

- Process returns, replacements, and warranty claims as per company policy.

- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

- Support loading/unloading and dispatch activities when required.

- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and safety procedures.

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) / Diploma / Any Graduate.

- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

- Experience in showroom sales, warehouse sales, or billing preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
