Nurture Client is seeking a Business Analyst to help define project scope and business requirements, develop technical specifications, and provide a channel between technical and creative teams in the web design and development process.

The Business Analyst will also collaborate with teams to define, build, and rollout cutting-edge technology and business process solutions to increase efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has experience working on web development, CMS, and content projects in a digital or advertising agency.

Requirements

- Develop design and functional specifications

- Produce deliverables for web projects

- Gather requirements

- Assist in post-implementation support and system enhancements

- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of web sites and other web-based applications designed to meet business goals

- Oversee complex system projects that support business-to-customer web sites

- Work with teams of internal and external web designers, developers, project managers, and content specialists to define, design, monitor, and improve web applications

- Apply functional knowledge to the design and configuration of systems

- Maintain strong relationships with web associates, database administrators, system administrators, the marketing team, application developers, and IT to meet objectives

Who You Are:





- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

- You have 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst (PM skills a plus) ideally in a digital agency environment and with client facing experience

- You have agile methodology experience and a strong perspective on how to bring a project to life

- You have a deep understanding of the components and considerations required when building corporate systems (i.e. key architecture components, security, scalability etc.)

- You have proven experience in specifying and implementing enterprise content management systems

- You have demonstrated track record identifying and documenting business requirements, process flows, use cases and test cases for sales portals or content management systems

- You have experience working with user-experience professionals in the development of interaction design deliverables (i.e. wireframes, prototyping, visual design)

- You have experience with developing, deploying, and maintaining websites and other web-based applications

- You have experience with Web and IT environments, including implementation and support of resource planning, support, training, and documentation

- You have experience with Web servers and system administration

- You are knowledgeable of website technology: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Plus).
