Job Title: QA Engineer




Experience: 3+ years


Location: Ahmedabad




About the Role


We are seeking a detail -oriented and proactive QA Engineer with a strong background in API testing, performance testing, and UI automation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross -functional teams and contribute to ensuring high -quality software delivery through effective test planning, execution, and process improvements.




Key Responsibilities (Short Version)


- Collaborate with teams to define test scope, plans, and strategies.


- Design and execute automated API tests using tools like Postman and SoapUI.


- Perform load and performance testing with JMeter; analyze and optimize results.


- Develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver.


- Track, report, and ensure timely resolution of defects.


- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.


- Recommend improvements in testing tools, frameworks, and processes.






- Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.





Requirements

Must -Have


- Proven experience in API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or equivalents.


- Hands -on experience with Apache JMeter for performance and load testing.


- Solid knowledge of Selenium WebDriver for UI automation and framework development.


- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.


- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.


- Experience with version control systems like Git.


- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.


- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem -solving skills.


- Strong written and verbal communication.


- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high -quality software.
