Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- End -to -end project planning & execution (within timeline, budget, quality)
- Manage civil & infrastructure development activities
- Oversee PEB design, fabrication & installation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers & consultants for plant design
- Monitor project progress, quality & safety compliance
- Handle vendors, contractors & stakeholder coordination
- Lead plant installation, testing & commissioning
- Ensure risk management & regulatory compliance
Key Skills Required
- Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years in industrial/infrastructure projects (solar preferred)
- Expertise in civil, PEB & fabrication
- Strong leadership & project management skills
- Valuable communication & problem -solving ability
