Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.nnYour Key Responsibilitiesnn * Own end-to-end procurement planning and execution, ensuring supplier punctuality, lead-time performance, and reliable material availability for production and customer demand.n * Manage raw material replenishment and inventory levels by defining reorder quantities, frequencies, and maintaining alignment with the overall supply chain inventory strategy.n * Monitor supplier performance and compliance, addressing issues such as delays, damages, shortages, and deviations while maintaining high purchasing data quality.n * Drive continuous improvement in sourcing and supply processes by coordinating activities across purchasing ,quality, logistics, procurement, suppliers, and warehouse teams.n * Maintain and execute the supply plan (Buy u0026 Transfer),
