The Record to Report (R2R) qualified is responsible for managing and executing end-to end accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role plays a key part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, compliance with accounting standards, and continuous improvement of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- General Ledger Accounting - Preparation, review and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Perform Bank and Balance sheet account reconciliations, variance analysis and Management reports.

- Fixed Assets & Intercompany Accounting - Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules. Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

- Compliance & Controls - Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance. Support statutory audits and internal audits.

- Process Improvements - Identify gaps and implement process improvement initiatives. Drive automation and efficiency improvements in the R2R processes.

- SAP Expertise:



Support SAP implementation projects as an end user, including UAT and process mapping.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. Provide timely reporting and insights to management.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process compliance.

- Process the transactions accurately, in accordance with SOP, Policy and Accepted

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of AI application in Finance process

- Experience in SAP implementation (end-user perspective).

- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Experience in process improvement projects and automation tools.
