Job Description:

Ideal candidate will have experience of working as an analyst in venture capital / family office / financial services consulting / skilled services firm or start -ups. Excellent communication skills required with the ability to work with start -up founders and venture capital funds.

Location: Mumbai

Roles and responsibilities:

- Leading deal sourcing

- Identify, scout potential portfolio companies;

- Network with founders, venture capital funds, and industry stakeholders;

- Conduct primary and secondary research of sectors and emerging trends;

- Being part of the due -diligence team to evaluate opportunities;

- Presenting to the team an Investment Memo on the potential investment opportunities;

- Keeping an eye on the health of the portfolio companies by tracking KPI’s and meeting the founders;

- Tracking and reviewing all investments including PE/VC funds, PMS/MF’s, debt/venture debt funds;

- Managing relationship with external advisors and investment bankers
