Key Responsibilities

- Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement
