Position: Health Operations Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30–$65/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

- Design realistic, end-to-end healthcare workflows that challenge today's best models.
- Grade agent performance in scenarios across revenue cycle and claims, healthcare administration, and clinical documentation support.
- Build scenarios in areas like claims submission, denial appeals, medical coding in ICD-10 and CPT, and patient communications.
- Develop challenging scenarios requiring long sessions of focus.
- Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- 3+ years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or medical billing and coding.
- Working fluency in at least two of:



ICD-10 / CPT coding, claims workflows, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena), or HIPAA compliance.
- Comfortable with healthcare artifacts like claim forms and coded charts.
- Clear written communication; articulate reasoning and decisions step by step.

Preferred

- CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification.
