Job Description: Service Advisor


Job Summary


We are looking for a customer -focused Service Advisor who will act as a key link between customers and the workshop team. The role involves handling service bookings, understanding vehicle issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a smooth service experience while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities


Customer Interaction & Service Booking


- Greet customers and schedule service appointments

- Understand customer concerns and vehicle -related issues

- Explain service requirements, repair options, timelines, and costs

Job Card Preparation & Workshop Coordination

- Prepare accurate job cards / work orders

- Communicate repair and maintenance requirements to technicians

- Ensure proper job allocation to mechanics

Advising & Upselling

- Recommend preventive maintenance and additional services

- Upsell value -added services, accessories, and extended warranties

Workshop Communication

- Act as a bridge between customers and the workshop team

- Track job progress and provide timely updates to customers

- Ensure jobs are completed within committed timelines

Cost Estimation & Customer Approval

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and services

- Obtain customer approval before executing additional work

Quality Check & Vehicle Delivery

- Inspect serviced vehicles prior to delivery

- Explain work performed, billing details, and warranty coverage

- Ensure smooth and timely vehicle handover

Customer Relationship Management





- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively

- Follow up post -service to collect feedback

- Build and maintain long -term customer relationships

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain service records and job -related documentation

- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards
