- Diagnose and treat conditions affecting
the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, voice box (larynx), and other structures
of the head and neck.
- Perform surgical procedures such as
tonsillectomies, septoplasties, sinus surgeries, tympanoplasties, and more
complex head and neck surgeries.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and
use diagnostic tools (endoscopes, audiometry, imaging) to evaluate patient
conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized
treatment plans, both surgical and medical.
- Collaborate with audiologists, speech
therapists, oncologists, and other specialists when multidisciplinary care
is required.
- Provide postoperative care, monitor
recovery, and manage complications.
- Educate patients on preventive care,
treatment options, and recovery plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical
records and comply with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in emergency ENT care, trauma
management, and on -call duties as required.
Qualifications:
- MBBS with MS/MD in ENT
(Otorhinolaryngology) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license and ENT surgical
certification from the relevant medical council.
- Proven clinical and surgical experience in
ENT procedures.
- Strong diagnostic and decision -making
skills.
- Excellent hand -eye coordination, surgical
precision, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication, empathy, and
interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to stay updated with
advancements in ENT techniques and technologies.
