Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Industry: Electrical Construction / MEP / Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities at the project site.
- Lead and manage electricians and electrical technicians.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
- Ensure electrical works are executed according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor work progress and maintain productivity targets.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures.
- Conduct inspections and resolve site -related electrical issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical supervision, charge hand, or foreman roles.
- Good knowledge of electrical installation standards and procedures.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Experience in construction, MEP, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
