nn## What will your job look like?nnYou will:nn * Lead and define tuning database parameters and promote the standardization per product cross customers world widen * Set business objectives and targets to ensure success. You will answer the call to integrate various functions and business plans within the Amdocs Quality Engineering Americas region.n * Be a focal point to the sales process by demonstrating experience and business insights to help the customer understand the value that Amdocs provides through its consulting and software solutions.n * Provide professional mentorship and coaching to project management and development teams, implementation groups as well as customer architects - internal and external Amdocs customers, including partners without database understanding.n * Build open lines of communication and develop processes and programs, that will encourage a multi-cultural team to achieve unit goals. Drive organizational integrity and assure excellent delivery across all regional engagements by enabling and promoting standard tools and practices used in the organization as well as drive out-of-the-box solutions that include introducing improvements to further build positive efficiency across operations.n * Craft and review test solutions and scenarios, to be implemented and executed in alignment with the scope settled during test planning, demonstrating knowledge and a broad understanding of the business process u0026 requirements.n * Support various project aspects such as schedule, budget, risks, work tasks, etc.n * Lead consulting team, external contractors, Amdocs matrix teams,



and/or customer personnel in a matrix mannern * Drive different engagements and develop their experience.nnnn## All you need is...nn * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following:n * Building on domain expertise and industry leading methodologies to shape long-term development strategy for continued expansion.
