- Oversee execution of cafe/restaurant outlet fit-outs, renovations, and maintenance projects across multiple locations.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion as per brand standards and budgets.

- Supervise in office activities including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior works while maintaining quality and safety compliance.

- Monitor project timelines, material usage, and vendor performance, and provide regular progress updates to management.

- Candidates with experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality projects and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously will be preferred.

- Net Take Home of 35 to 40k per month plus travel & mobile allowances

- Direct Company Payroll

- Statutory Benefits (PF, Insurance, ESIC, Gratuity)

- Prior Projects Experience in Restaurants / Retail / Malls is mandatory
