- Billing: Prepare and process Client RA bills, Final bills, and Sub-contractor certificates.
- Site Measurement: Conduct physical measurements for road and building works; maintain official Measurement Books (MB).
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily in office operations to ensure work is executed according to drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Data Management: Use Advanced Excel for quantity take-offs, Material Reconciliation, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Coordination: Liaise between Site teams, Procurement, and Clients to resolve disputes and ensure timely bill certification.
