Job Description
Position Summary
- Conduct Automobile Service Process Training
- Conduct Automobile Service Process Audit
- Conduct Class Room Training, On the Job Training & Coaching
- Help Improve PSF scores (Post Sales Feedback) & CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
- Help improve Dealer Service Processes & ensure efficiency · Responsible for handling approx. 30-35 Workshops
- Travel across locations (20 -22 days)
- Compile and Present Reports & Support HOD ·
- Ensure that all the manpower at given location is trained

Qualifications
- Experience in Automobile Customer Servicing
