Job Description:

Experience & Qualifications

- 8-10 years total experience, including minimum 3 years as Scrum Master.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (CS/IT specialization), MCA, M.S., or M.Sc. IT.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Identify and resolve obstacles hindering team progress.

- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback.

- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and KPIs to stakeholders.

- Ensure team adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles for high-quality, on-time delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





- Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Proven ability to lead/facilitate Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, PMO).

- General understanding of programming concepts and database querying.

- Expertise in AI tools like Jellyfish, Jira AI, and GitHub Copilot for predicting risks, analyzing cycle time, prioritizing tasks, and deriving productivity insights.

Certifications

- Agile methodologies: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Qualified Scrum Master (PSM) required.

- SAFe, Kanban, or PMP advantageous.
