Role Summary

OE lead
To drive Operational excellence initiatives

• Key driver for Operational Excellence activities for the site.
• Teaching and coaching Green and Black Belts in DMAIC, Lean, and statistical tools.
• Working closely with OE Head to develop and implement long-term, high-impact business excellence strategies.
• Working closely with Site Leadership team for project selection and prioritization based on business needs.
• Project Governance: Overseeing the progress of critical improvement initiatives, ensuring quantifiable financial impact.
• Driving a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Technical Expertise: Applying Artificial Intelligence and machine learning application in complex projects, advanced statistical methods, such as Design of Experiments (DOE) and predictive analytics in regular projects.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement through idea harvesting, Kaizen, OE tools and improvement methodologies, and problem-solving skill development program.
• Conduct OE Maturity Assessment to measure the progress made by the teams and suggest areas of improvement.

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification: M.Tech

Required Experience: 15 - 20 years
