Job Title: Assistant Accountant





Location: Rajhans Montessa, Magdalla Road, Surat



Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month



Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM



Working Days: Monday to Saturday



Experience: 1–3 Years



Industry: Waste Management



Key Responsibilities:










- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities


- Perform GST & TDS calculations and entries


- Support in GST & TDS compliance-related work


- Handle bank reconciliation statements


- Maintain accounting records and documentation


- Support billing and basic invoicing activities


- Draft basic skilled emails and handle internal communication


- Assist senior accountants with routine finance tasks



Candidate Requirements:



- Female candidates required


- Basic working knowledge of GST & TDS


- Understanding of basic accounting principles


- Experience in bank reconciliation


- Working knowledge of accounting software (MCS preferred)


- Basic to OK English communication (email & verbal)



Compensation and Benefits:



- Annual Bonus: 8.33% of earning salary (Nov to Oct cycle). Eligible after completing minimum 9 months


- Paid Leave: 15 days paid leave with encashment. Eligible after completing minimum 9 months


- PF: Applicable if salary is below ₹15,000






- ESI: Applicable if salary is below ₹22,000


- Professional Tax: ₹200 per month


- Retention: 10% salary retention for 20 months, repayable after 24 months


- Annual Increment: Every year based on performance and date of joining
