Requirements
Role Overview
We’re hiring an AI Creative Designer who treats generative AI as a core part of the toolkit — not a novelty bolted onto traditional design. You’ll own the visual output of our marketing engine: social media, sales presentations, campaigns, short -form video, and brand assets.
We want someone who can prompt as fluently as they can lay out a page, and who knows when to reach for Midjourney vs. Photoshop vs. After Effects to ship the best work fastest.
Key Responsibilities
• Design across the full marketing surface — social posts, sales decks and pitch presentations, ad creatives, website assets, email templates, event collateral, and integrated campaigns
• Produce short -form video (reels, motion graphics, explainers, ads) using AI video tools like Runway, Sora, Pika, or Kling alongside Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Use generative AI (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Ideogram) to ideate, scale, and finish visual content
• Build and maintain branded presentation templates and pitch decks for sales and leadership
• Develop and evolve NexGenTek’s visual identity — logos, design systems, brand guidelines, campaign creative
• Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to translate briefs into work that moves the needle
• Stay on top of the AI creative stack and bring new tools and workflows to the team
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years in graphic design, motion, or content creation (6 months minimum)
• A portfolio that shows range across static and video — we want to see it
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Hands -on experience with generative AI tools for image and video (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or equivalents)
• Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar collaborative tools
• Robust eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Sharp prompt -writing instincts — you can get what you want out of an AI tool on the first or second try
• Comfort building presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Gamma, or Beautiful.ai
• Self -directed, fast, detail -obsessed
• Willing to work from our Gurgaon office on US shift (5 PM – 2 AM IST)

• 3D / AI 3D (Spline, Blender, Luma AI)
• Voice and sound AI (ElevenLabs, Suno)
• Web or UI design exposure
• Experience designing for B2B or IT services brands
