As an Accounts & Finance executive at SharePal, you will be responsible for preparing monthly income statements, managing purchases, stock updates and running the deposit refund process. The primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Handling customer deposit refunds and resolve customer discrepancies
- Taking care of daily purchases activity from vendor negotiation to invoicing to purchase
- Update inventory stock purchases to the inventory management system
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements like P&L;, Cash flow, Balance Sheet etc
- Conducting weekly/random audits of inventory across warehouses
- Working with tech teams to create applications for process automation
- Maintain purchase & expenses records & keep the records up to date
Requirements
- 0 -1 year of experience in finance and/or accounting
- B.Com, B.Com (H), CA inter
- E -commerce industry preferred
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work from office at Bangalore location
