Job Description:

- Lead the company's digital ecosystem , including Website, CRM, AI, LMS, and business systems.

- Drive digital transformation, AI, automation, and technology initiatives .

- Manage Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books , and technology integrations.

- Manage external technology vendors and partners and ensure timely project delivery.

- Oversee data reporting, cloud infrastructure, security, performance, and scalability .

- Improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and technology scalability.

Desired Candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field .

- 10–15 years of experience in Technology, Product, Digital Transformation, or Business Systems.

- Robust experience in CRM,



digital platforms, automation, AI, and vendor management .

- Experience in Wellness, HealthTech, EdTech, Consumer Internet, or Digital-first businesses preferred.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, execution, and business alignment skills.
