SUMMARY

We are looking for an EA Intern to support scheduling, communications, and administrative coordination. The role involves managing calendars, assisting with meeting logistics, maintaining confidential records, supporting travel and event planning, and facilitating smooth communication with internal teams and external partners. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are key to succeeding in this role

Wadhwani AI is a nonprofit institute building and deploying applied AI solutions to solve critical issues in public health, agriculture, education, and urban development in underserved communities in the global south. We collaborate with governments, social sector organizations, academic and research institutions, and domain experts to identify real-world problems, and develop practical AI solutions to tackle these issues with the aim of making a substantial positive impact.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-

Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting appointments

-

Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and circulate minutes and action items

-

Draft, proofread, and format official communications and documents

-

Support travel planning, bookings, and preparation of expense reports

-

Maintain and organize records, presentations, reports, and confidential files

-

Track deliverables, deadlines, and support in follow-ups

-

Assist in planning and coordination of internal and external events

-

Coordinate communication with internal teams, partners, and vendors

-

Conduct basic research and compile reports or briefing materials

-

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

REQUIREMENTS

-

Bachelor's or Master's Degree - Preferably in Management, BCA, Communications, or Commerce

-

Solid organisational and time-management skills.

-

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

-

Should be a self-starter, have an eye for detail, and be a quick learner.

-

Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
